Born to the nomadic tribes of the Docri, Wolf grew up on the Great Kiba Plains on Miran. For a hundred years he led the rather simple life of hunting and gathering like the other members of his tribe until the events of the Fourth War of One Hundred Years. While on a typical hunt Wolf, Xandra and several others of their tribe were captured by Rakshaw Military Forces.
Used as test experiments Wolf and his tribesmen were forced to fight in the war until they were killed or their bodies gave out on them. For close to fifty years Wolf fought and survived with Xandra by his side until the day they ran into Mako's father, Ted Soulrider. Ted was in the middle of a special ops mission when he ran into Wolf. It was on the condition that Ted found a way to free Wolf and the others from the servitude of their masters that Wolf wouldn't kill him or turn him in. Not only did Ted keep his word but he also saved Wolf's life numerous times during the mission. Being forever grateful to Ted both Wolf and Xandra decided to stick with him until the war's end. When finally that time came Wolf went to live in Ted's hometown of Juundas with Xandra by his side where he acted as a body guard for the Soulrider family, and helped to raise Mako.
He went with Mako on his inaugeration voyage on his sixteenth birthday. It was a decision that would not only once again see him fighting but would see him travel furthur than he'd have ever imagined.
